Our History
Small Business Corporate Services was started in 2005 by a corporate paralegal who was asked to assist her sister with spill-over work from her law practice. Through word-of-mouth, a steady clientele was built and we started doing business as Global Corporate Services.

Small Business Corporate Services came about as a direct response to the need for corporate services that extended beyond the filing of the certificate of incorporation. After our first client came to us in 2005 with an incomplete corporate kit seeking guidance on what to do next, it didn’t take long for us to identify a niche for our services. After 5 years of operating on a limited basis as Global Corporate Services, we decided it was time to offer our services to existing small businesses and start-up ventures on a full-time basis, and so we changed our DBA to Small Business Corporate Services for better alignment with our target market.
