Dosmine Palmer-Alexis is the founder and Managing Partner of Small Business Corporate Services (“SBCS”) (www.sbcsny.com), a paralegal services company that provides individuals and small business owners with services such as startup consultation, incorporations, LLC formation, 501(c)(3) filings, business development, regulatory and compliance filings and other document preparation services.

With strong experience in corporate and regulatory business practices, Dosmine has been using those core skills to serve the needs of her small business clients for the past 10 years. Her professional career spans over 15 years as a corporate paralegal and subsidiary management specialist working for multinational corporations including Colgate-Palmolive Company and AIG. She resigned from corporate America in 2010, to start her own corporate services business, servicing the needs of small business owners and non-profit organizations.

In addition to being an entrepreneur and business development consultant, Dosmine is a mentor and NCCER Certified Core Curriculum Instructor, with over nine years’ construction project management experience helping unskilled workers qualify for jobs in the construction industry.

Over the years, Dosmine has served as committee member for the Women’s Presidents’ Educational Organization NY/NJ Chapter for the certification of Minority Owned Business. She currently sits on the Boards of Directors for the Allen Shaw Foundation, Inc., a not-for-profit organization that provides educational services to children in Jamaica, and Empowered Construction Workers Association, Inc., a construction labor association, that advocates for fair wages and benefits for minority construction workers. She is also President of Atlanta Workforce Alliance, Inc., a non-profit, organization she founded in 2018, to provide training to low and unskilled individuals from impoverished communities. In 2012, her humanitarian services earned her a Community Service Award from the City of New York, for services rendered to the International Humanitarian Outreach Ministries, Inc., the organizers of the Annual Interfaith Memorial Service for Haiti’s earthquake victims.

Dosmine completed a Graduate Certificate in Public Administration and Non-Profit Management at Valdosta State University in December 2021. She earned a B.A. in Organizational Development and Communications from New York University, an AAB in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Hocking College in Nelsonville, Ohio, and completed the course work for a Masters in Professional Studies in Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University. She is a NCCER Certified Instructor, an ABA Certified Paralegal and a Notary Public in the State of Georgia.
